Located in the historic Parker Mills building in Warren, Rhode Island, 426 Fitness is a health
and fitness facility unlike any other in Southern New England. Convenient to Bristol, Warren, Barrington, Swansea and Seekonk, Our open and upbeat atmosphere provides a motivating environment for members of all levels.
426 Fitness RI is a unique gym with our recently expanded facility offering something for everyone.
We feature three private studios: Indo-Row, Just Dance, and a private personal training studio,
Fit-Tek. A distinctive aspect of the fitness club is the assortment of gym programs and health classes available to
our members. From Hardcore workouts, to Zumba and Youth Programs, you will
be challenged at any endeavor you choose. Check out or monthly gym schedule for a description of the
170+ Group X classes readily available each month.
Our east bay gym also includes a “Ladies Only” workout room. This section of our gym is designed with a Life
Fitness express resistance training circuit intended specifically for women. 426 Fitness health club is also
offering something for the baseball or slow pitch softball sportsperson. Pauly’s Batting Cage was created
so any athlete can work on their swing while having the convenience of getting in a workout too.
