Group Train

Pilates
A resistance class that improves strength and flexibility, while focusing on core strength incorporating bands, weights and exercise balls.
Rowga
This is a 25 minute workout on the row machine targeting your core and getting in your cardio. Followed by 25 minutes of stretching and yoga to relax the mind and body.
Cardio Barre
This class is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
Cardio Kick and TRX
A high intensity cardiovascular workout using a kickboxing bag, step and various other equipment based on the day. The TRX is an entire body strength, balance and core workout using your body weight as resistance.
Beach Body
A high intensity cardiovascular workout using the cycling bikes to target your whole body. This will leave you wanting more!
Total Body Burn
This class combines a traditional step class with more strengthening exercises using bands, weights, or just your body weight to really get that total body burn!

Cardio interval with strength training focusing on core and total body.
Group Personal Training

Row and Weights
An hour of a cardiovascular workout using a Water-Rower alternating with hand weights and mats off the rower. This is a body sculpting class that raises the heart rate with cardio.
Yoga
A Hatha yoga class that focuses on the whole person with a empathize on the breath and calming the mind. One is invited to listen to the body. A practice of kind awareness to stretching, strengthening and relaxation.
Cycling
These classes are done in our own spin studio with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Participants are able to control their own resistance while going through a variety of workout phases.
HITT Training
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It consists of shorter bursts of strength training combined with cardio drills for a quick and effective workout.
